I was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington but have made Whidbey Island my home. My family is putting our roots down here. We love all the amazing things that this community has to offer. I will be here for you throughout that process as well. 

I value continued education. I strive to learn and grow each and every year. I am a certified Ninja of negotiations. I am ready to put those skills to work for you. I also focus my education around different aspects of our Industry to help bridge the gap between you and the third parties to the transaction. I will help you have clear communication with Lenders as well as Title and Escrow Officers.

Rachel is friendly, prompt, positive, knowledgeable and very quickly responsive to our needs and questions.If she didn’t know the answer to a question we had she would quickly research and find out or direct us to the appropriate expert(s).She is kind and diplomatic when dealing with all people.We have a lot of experience buying and selling real estate and Rachel is the first agent we have dealt with in a long time that didn’t push us toward a sale/purchase before we were ready and confident.We would highly recommend her to family and friends!

Rachel was highly recommended to me by my daughter who also purchased a home through Rachel. My daughter was elated with the service Rachel provided and got the home, that many others wanted, due to Rachel's fast response and negotiation skills. We hired Rachel for this excellent record and she did not disappoint us. She is professional, responds with lightening speed, shared her expertise by educating us on the process, showed superior negotiation skills--working on our behalf! We learned several days before closing that the sellers' elevation certificate that was on file with the county, was never completed (only half done) and we could not get the loan from the bank without flood insurance, which required an up-to-date completed elevation certificate. Due to her many contacts on the Island, Rachel was able to get a surveyor out in two days to provide us with the certificate, despite the fact that it could take weeks to get on a surveyor's schedule through the county. Getting the certificate in time for closing not only removed an obstacle in buying the home, but also helped the sellers, who needed that to sell the home. She is knowledgable of contractors on the Island and in getting work done, if needed, with her having an excellent working relationship with contractors. She got us our dream home which appraised for more than what we paid for the home. I highly recommend this responsive, hardworking and knowledgeable real estate agent. Whether you are a buyer like us or a seller, I know, because of her honesty, she will work hard on your behalf for the best deal that satisfies everyone.
