Kevin Johnson was excellent throughout the entire process. Very promptly, Kevin contacted me the moment a home came back on the market and I put an offer in that evening. His experience on home values was key in that offer. In one shot my offer beat out six other offers. He was very knowledgeable of home values and an overall great person. Kevin made our experience about as smooth as it could be. He clearly explained the whole process at the beginning of our venture. From that point on, he kept us informed about events along the way. He responded back quickly when we called or texted with a question and if he didn't have the answer right away, he acquired that information quickly and got right back to us with a response. He recommended a sale price which worked out to be the best balance between a comfortable sale price and a more expedient sale. He is very knowledgeable in his field and would serve any client very well. He is, most definitely, highly recommended by us.

When my Father in Law passed away we were lost, we were trying to figure out how to proceed with the sale of a property that meant so much to us and dealing with all the sadness of losing a loved one. It would've been almost too much to handle if it wasn't for Kevin's help. We met Kevin through a friend of the family, she had had only the nicest things to say about him so we figured we would give it a try and she was right, Kevin was an amazing Real Estate Professional and a great person. He helped us so much when we were going through really tough times, he never quit, he was always cheering us up trying to see the bright side and helping us get through. He had great knowledge of the process, great negotiation skills and knew the area/ market really well. He would always answer my emails, texts and calls at any time of the day and most important to us he was supportive and positive. Selling the property was a hustle, we went through ups and downs but the property sold incredibly faster than we had previously expected, for the price we needed it and to people that we knew would take care of a place we hold dear to our hearts. I thought buying my first home would be an ordeal. I was literally starting from having no knowledge about homes or the housing market in general. Not only did Kevin help to get me up to speed about how the whole process works, but he continued to help and respond promptly all throughout. He answered all of my questions with as much detail as any person could reasonably expect. I have no complaints at all for Kevin, and am thankful that he was there to help in what could've been a complicated and stressful ordeal. Kevin seemed genuinely interested in my needs, and was understanding overall, despite my, at times, neurotic tendencies. Great guy. Great realtor.

We were recommended Kevin from friends who recently purchased a home and contacted him shortly there after. He informed us about not only properties that fit our criteria but overall about the housing market in our area. He has a great personality and worked with us pressure free on our schedule with the best of his ability. He made our first home purchase a fun learning experience. Kevin did a great job for us in selling our town home - he made the process simple, kept us informed all along the way either with emails, texts or phone calls. We knew exactly what was happening - we were living 5 hours away from the home so his communication was very important to us. I have recommended him to others and will use him again when we need to sell my Mom's home. Kevin was a huge part of the reason our first time buying a home went so smoothly. He had patience with us as we viewed different homes and even when we called him last minute to see if we could see a house. He always made time for us and had answers to any questions we had.Working with Kevin is like working with someone you have known forever. He makes it very comfortable to communicate what you want in a home and any concerns you may have. He stays on top of everything and makes sure all the processing is communicated to you and that you are never in the dark.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Kevin helped us purchase our home in the Fireside neighborhood of Oak Harbor. We were moving from California to retire in Oak Harbor to be near our son. He was very patient working with out of state clients. We had a lot of questions regarding real estate in Washington and Kevin was very responsive to our questions and getting the information to us in a timely manner. Kevin did an outstanding job in helping us negotiate the price to purchase the home we had fallen in love with and once we were in escrow, he worked with the sellers agent and us to make the closing process go smoothly.We believe we found a true friend and neighbor in Kevin and will always think of him as such. He introduced us to the community of Oak Harbor and made sure we knew what we needed to get us up and going in this community.

Kevin helped us so much and we own a beautiful house in Coupeville that we adore! Kevin was patient with learning what we were looking for, kept to our price range, and didn't push us into looking at homes we knew weren't just right for us. Kevin knows the area, and we felt like we had a tour guide of the island -- many of the restaurants and businesses he suggested and we tried have been fabulous! After we finally decided on our house and made an offer, the process was smooth and seamless. One suggestion Kevin made about having a pretty unsightly propane tank moved turned out to be an easy phone call, and not expensive at all. We appreciate Kevin and his work, and we have a friend here now to recommend to other potential home buyers!
