Marissa Evans helped my wife and I sell our home preceding a military PCS move and we couldn't be happier with the experience as a whole. From the first time we met up, Marissa was super-attentive, had specific options in mind and the paperwork ready to go so we were never left with unanswered questions. She was able to get us immediate help cleaning our roof and landscaping and we were very impressed with the work. Advice for listing photos and general prep really helped us focus our efforts and paid off big time. The listing looked fabulous and showing went exactly as planned. My wife and I were able to get away during the short but intense process while Marissa handled negotiations, the only surprises being the sheer number and quality of offers! She made us feel included in the process but never stressed, revealing no hint of pressure from the buyer's agents. The end result was a deal that surpassed our expectations and lined up perfectly with the complexities of the military move.Marissa carries a mountain of local knowledge that really put us at ease with the inspection and appraisal processes.
