I have been working full time in real estate in western Washington  since 1986.  This started as working as a certified residential appraiser and now also for the past 13 years as a broker.  I have personal experience working with many thousands of properties including vacant lots, 2-4 family investment properties and the full spectrum of single family dwellings from modest starter homes up to and including truly spectacular waterfront and equestrian estates.   I feel that as a broker with an appraisal license that I can provide a very unique service of proper and experienced analysis combined with good marketing skills to assure either my buyer or listing clients that they are maximizing their investments.
